Tour Managers Fiji is affiliated to several prominent organizations which allow the company to be associated with leading edge discussions on the national and global tourism industry agendas which complement and align some of its activities to international standard themes and activities. Tour Managers is a proud partners and member of organizations such as Tourism Fiji (TF), the Ministry of Industry, Trade & Tourism (MITT), Pacific Tourism Organization (SPTO), Society of Fiji Travel Associates (SOFTA), and Fiji Tourism Excellence Awards standards to name a few.
The owner and Managing Director Mr. Damend Gounder is actively involved in national tourism agendas in close partnership with Associations such as Fiji Hotel Tourism Association (FHTA) and MITT. His most recent involvement was to support Tourism Fiji through the Tourism Action Group (TAG), activated by the Fijian government to quickly aid the promotion and marketing of destination Fiji after the devastating effects of cyclone Winston in 2016.

We own and operate a fleet of deluxe transport including 42 seater coaches, 22 seater mini-coaches, 15 seater VIP transfer vehicles, deluxe 4WD’s and stretch limousines.
Our modern transport fleet consists of fully air conditioned international manufactured long haul coach liners, medium sized Toyota coaches and Hiace vehicles.
Our chauffeur driven private luxury vehicles consist of Executive Toyota Camry and Toyota Prados. We also are one of the very few companies in Fiji that own luxury stretch Limousines in our fleet. We ensure that all our vehicles are not more than 4 years old in terms of life span so that our fleet is kept modern and up to nationally accredited service standards.
A proactive preventative maintenance plan forms the core strategy for ensuring that our vehicles are in the best condition to transport clients safely and comfortably to their destination. Our maintenance team is driven to keep vehicles in top condition in order to eliminate bread downs or associated mechanical difficulties. Our team is immensely proud of maintaining our 100% safety record and this typified in the passion which the team displays in keeping vehicles in perfect condition.
All our drivers have an average of over 5 years’ experience driving as Public Service vehicle holders. All our drivers have completed a mandatory Defensive Driving Certification with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Fiji. In addition, our drivers are also well versed with Fiji, our history, culture and also some exciting things to do that may be of interest to our visitors. They are knowledgeable and helpful in providing additional advice when required.
