Royale Takitumu withdraws from partnership – relaunches as Motu Beachfront Art Villas
Pacific Resort Hotel Group (PRHG) are grateful the Cook Islands remains a safe haven free of COVID-19 and anticipating the time they can welcome their guests back to the safest little paradise.
PRHG wish to advise its valued travel partners that Motu (formerly Royale Takitumu) will withdraw from the PRHG Partner Resort program effective from 30th June 2020. This decision comes after PRHG’s helpful stewardship through Motu’s modernization and they are now ready to relaunch and move into the next phase independently. Hotel Managers Tim and Lucile Meyer will now become your direct contact for all things Motu moving forward.
Established in 1998, and under the ownership of the Dunn family since late 2017, Motu (formerly Royale Takitumu) has been part of the PRHG Partner Resort program for the past two years. PRHG provides partner resorts with a range of support including access to their global marketing, international sales representation and sales field support, along with guidance and support in hotel operations to deliver the best possible levels of guest satisfaction and experience.
PRHG CEO, Marcus Niszow said “It has been a wonderful and mutually beneficial relationship for PRHG and Royale Takitumu over the first 2 years of the Dunn’s ownership as they worked towards modernising the property and re launch as Motu and we leave the door open to work together again in the future.”
PRHG currently owns three award winning properties in the Cook Islands, and provides management services to four others. The PRHG Resort Partner program is a franchise program allowing partner properties to retain day-to-day operational management and individual identity while benefiting from the expertise and marketing resources of the Cook Island’s largest revenue generating hotel group.
