The Kiribati National Tourism Office Visitor Satisfaction Survey (VSS) 2019 – Kiritimati Branch

We are pleased to announce that the VSS for the year 2019 commenced on Wednesday 9th of January 2019 to all departing visitors to Fiji and Hawaii, and this will be carried on until the last flight on December 2019.

The purpose of extending this year’s VSS to 12 months is to capture more constructive comments compared to last year’s survey that ran for only 6 months.

We trust that the feedback collected from this VSS will help to illustrate the better picture of what is needed to improve in the products and services being provided to the Visitors in the Line islands.
